"Bayern" players pour out frustration: failed to beat weak "Real" club

The Munich "Bayern" team created more opportunities to shine and controlled the ball longer in the first Champions League semi-final match against Madrid's "Real" team, but the guests from Spain celebrated a 2-1 victory.

After the match, the German club's footballers poured out their frustration.

"No one would be surprised if we had won this match with a score of 5:2.

"I have never seen such a weak 'Real' club like in today's match at the 'Allianz' arena," said defender Niklas Sule.

Joshua Kimmich added:

"I think the match should have ended with the scoreboard showing 7:2. You probably saw the match - in the first half we created another 2-3 opportunities and after the break Franck Ribery could have scored a few more times.

Overall, we had 6-7 good chances to score goals."

James Rodriguez said:

"We had five great opportunities, while the opponents had only two. After the match, we are very frustrated."
