Bayern Munich's president Uli Hoeness criticized Neymar's record move to Paris Saint-Germain. The German previously stated that the record-breaking €222 million only shows the weakness of the French vice-champions, and now he added once again that the Brazilian is not worth that kind of money. For comparison, Bayern also broke their transfer record this summer, but Corentin Tolisso, who came from Lyon, cost €37.35 million. "€222 million? I don't think Neymar is that good," Hoeness told Sky Sports. Speaking about a possible replacement for Neymar at Barcelona, the president also praised Borussia Dortmund's decision to suspend Ousmane Dembele for missing training. According to him, players should not be treated like gods. Meanwhile, Neymar will make his debut for PSG against Guingamp tonight.
