"Bayern Munich" is making every effort to sign a new contract with Toni Kroos. The 24-year-old German's contract with the German champions is valid until the end of the 2014/15 season. "The main question, as always, is money, so the negotiations have not progressed much," said team manager Karl-Heinz Rummenigge. "We would like to sign a long-term contract." The German revealed that "Bayern" will also try to keep Mario Mandzukic. "The striker's contract is valid for a couple more seasons, but I have hinted to his agent about our desire to start negotiations. We are very satisfied with Mandzukic."
