BBC reports that London's "Arsenal" has ended negotiations for the acquisition of Madrid's "Real" goalkeeper Sami Khedira.
It is reported that the "Gunners" will be looking for another player to fill the defensive midfielder role.
Over the past few weeks, there have been rumors that the world champion is close to joining Arsene Wenger's team - the clubs had already agreed on a transfer fee of around 25 million euros, but it seems that they could not agree on the player's wage.
S.Khedira wanted an annual wage of 7 million euros, while "Arsenal" offered less money.
