BVB struggled but managed to create a decent position for the second leg. Sebastian Haller scored in the 81st minute, adding more intrigue to the series.
Diego Simeone's team had more opportunities in this match, but they will only have a one-goal advantage in the tough „Signal Iduna Park“ stadium.
