In the return leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-final match in Milan, a foolish act by Lisbon's "Benfica" fans was recorded.
Supporters of the Portuguese club tried to create an exclusive atmosphere by igniting flares in front of "Inter" during the match, but eventually the flares started flying towards the peaceful spectator stands.
This gesture by "Benfica" fans could result in a "hefty" fine for the team, which will be determined after a UEFA assessment.
The match ended in a 3-3 draw, but the Italians triumphed with an aggregate score of 5-3 and advanced to the tournament's semi-final stage.
