Former "Man City" striker Benjani has signed a one-year contract with the team.
The 32-year-old footballer became a free agent when "Man City" terminated their existing contract with him. During his time at "Man City," the player scored four goals in 23 league matches.
Benjani will not be able to help "Blackburn" in this weekend's match against London's "Arsenal" as there are still a few formalities to take care of.
