Thomas Tuchel will have the opportunity to return to his homeland next summer.
"Bild" reports that the management of Munich's "Bayern" is seriously targeting the 46-year-old strategist who currently leads the Paris "Saint-Germain" team.
According to the source, "Bayern" would like the current team manager Hansi Flick to remain in the coaching staff. The latter has excellent relations with T. Tuchel, which the Bavarians see as a huge advantage.
Bayern's chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge is also a big fan of the strategist, having tried to bring him to the club before hiring Niko Kovac.
Bayern's sports director, Hasan Salihamidzic, would be willing to negotiate with Mauricio Pochettino, but it is unanimously agreed in the club that the team must have a German-speaking strategist.
T. Tuchel has a contract with PSG for another year and a half. Nevertheless, this season he has set himself the ambitious goal of winning the UEFA Champions League.
