The club expressed ambitions to buy striker M.Kezman. 24-year-old Serbian Kezman stated he wants to leave the Dutch club at the end of the season. The player promises not to renew the contract valid until 2005. M.Kezman's agent said: "We have not received any official offer from Birmingham yet, but Mateja will consider any offer. He wants to leave the club and PSV knows it. We believe that the best option for Mateja would be in England or Spain." The agent also said that the current PSV striker would like to move to a club playing in the Champions League. Last season, this striker took second place in goals scored in Europe. He was only surpassed and received the golden boot."
