Kevin-Prince Boateng nostalgically remembers his time at FC Barcelona. The Ghanaian spent six months in Catalonia during the 2018-2019 season and had the opportunity to be teammates with the FC Barcelona legend Lionel Messi. "This period was unbelievable because initially I thought that not even Barcelona, but Espanyol wanted me. Training with Messi left me speechless. I always said that Cristiano Ronaldo is the best in the world, but the Argentine is something else. He is extraordinary. When I trained with him, for the first time in my career I felt inadequate. The attacker did incredible things. I thought – I'm done, it's time to stop playing," said Boateng, who currently plays for Monza in Serie B.
