Playing a fantastic season, the talent of the Dortmund team, Jadon Sancho, has become not only one of the most important players in his club, but has also received a chance to debut in the England national team.
Such progress by the 19-year-old has not gone unnoticed. Thanks to J. Sancho, this summer the top European football clubs are ready to fight for him, with "Manchester United" even willing to pay up to 100 million pounds sterling.
However, the director of "Borussia," Hans-Joachim Watzke, speaking to "Goal," stated that the young football prodigy will not be sold this summer and will continue to play for the German team next season.
"I don't care about any rumors. Everyone knows that Sancho will play for our team next season. This is a fact, so he does not have a set price. All European clubs know this and that is why no one has contacted us," said the club's director.
Watzke also revealed that the club that sold the player to BVB, "Manchester City," does not have the option to buy back the player's contract.
"We never disclose the details of our players' contracts, but I can say that 'Man City' has no rights to bring Sancho back," admitted Watzke.
J. Sancho played 36 matches for BVB this season, scoring 9 goals and providing 18 assists.
