One of the most successful Brazilian forwards of the last decade, Gabriel Barbosa "Gabigol", has landed in an unpleasant situation.

The 27-year-old forward had been evading doping control measures for some time and as a result, has been suspended from football for 2 years, according to the Brazilian press.

From 2016 to 2022, Brazil represented the national team. He was considered one of the most talented forwards in his country.

In Europe, G. Barbosa tried his luck with the "Benfica" and "Inter" clubs, but it did not work out at all.

The talented forward has scored 108 goals in the Brazilian championships while representing "Santos" and "Flamengo".
