During the winter transfer window, the Kaunas district "Hegelmann" football club has been joined by 20-year-old midfielder Wesley Gabriel from Brazil. This is his first experience as a foreign player. Until now, he has spent his entire career in his homeland.

The newcomer, wearing blue and white, learned the secrets of football at the well-known "Red Bull Bragantino" club. Wesley joined the club at the age of 15 and has played there ever since. In various age teams of this club, the Brazilian was a captain, playing 81 matches and scoring 8 goals.

Last year, Wesley became the champion of Brazil with the "Red Bull Bragantino" U-23 team.
