"Brescia" owner criticized the decision to resume "Serie A" championships

Italian sports minister announced on Thursday that "Serie A" matches could resume on June 20. However, not all clubs welcomed this news joyfully. The owner of struggling "Brescia" team, Massimo Cellino, did not hide his displeasure with this decision. "This is too much of a strain on the players. They haven't trained for almost two months. Players are at risk, especially considering they will have to play several matches in a week. I am very worried about the possibility of injuries and the unusually hot weather, which will cause a lot of problems," M. Cellino told BBC. It is worth noting that some time ago the owner of "Brescia" had mentioned that if "Serie A" competitions were resumed, he might instruct his team not to play matches. Currently, "Brescia" is the absolute bottom team in "Serie A."
