British press: "Arsenal" will have to pay a significant amount for J. Draxler

The English newspaper "Daily Mirror" assures that Paris Saint-Germain has clarified the amount of money they are demanding for Julian Draxler. The London club Arsenal wants to acquire this midfielder from the French team this winter.

Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger has been following the German player since his days at Schalke and is truly impressed by his game, but now it seems that they will have to pay 40 million pounds for him.

Although this amount of money seems considerable, strengthening the "gunners" is necessary as Alexis Sanchez may leave the team in the near future. Even if it does not happen in January, the Chilean player is likely to move to another club after the season.

Meanwhile, Draxler is seen as an ideal replacement for Arsenal's leader. The 24-year-old midfielder, who converted to central midfield this season, has scored three goals and provided five assists in all competitions so far.
