On Saturday, the German Bundesliga saw the matches of the 24th round.
The important victory was achieved by the "Bayern" team, which crushed the "Monchengladbach" footballers with a score of 5:1.
"Bayern" took the lead already in the 2nd minute of the match, when J. Martinez directed the ball into the goal with a header after a corner kick. In the 11th minute, T. Muller doubled the lead.
In the 37th minute, the hosts' hopes were renewed by L. Stindl, who received a pass from T. Hazard inside the penalty area and reduced the score.
However, in the second half, "Bayern" did not leave any hopes for the hosts: in the 47th minute, R. Lewandowski scored a goal, in the 57th minute S. Gnabry marked, and at the very end of the match the same R. Lewandowski successfully converted a penalty kick.
After this victory, the "Bayern" team surpassed Dortmund's "Borussia" in points, while "Monchengladbach" dropped to 4th place in the league table.
