"Bundesliga" is back with a bang - "Bayern" suffered a crushing defeat away (VIDEO)

Late Friday evening in Germany, the first matches of the Bundesliga championship's 18th round were played, following the winter break.

The second-placed "Wolfsburg" clashed with the champions, Munich's "Bayern" footballers. The "Wolves" surprisingly defeated the Bavarians in front of their own fans with a score of 4-1.

"Bayern" conceded the first goal already in the 4th minute, scored by Bas Dost. The same player managed to defeat Manuel Neuer once again with a stunning shot at the end of the first half.

In the second half, the dominance of the "Wolves" continued. In the 53rd minute, Kevin De Bruyne scored the team's third goal, sealing the Bavarians' defeat.

However, "Bayern" managed to reduce the gap, with Juan Bernat scoring in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, the German champions were once again punished towards the end of the match, with K. De Bruyne scoring a superb goal.

After the victory, "Wolfsburg" reduced the gap with the first-placed "Bayern" to 8 points.
