In the afternoon match of the Bundesliga, all the leaders of the league played. Thomas Muller led Bayern Munich to a 5:2 victory over Union Berlin. In the 34th minute of the match, Bayern was already leading 3:0. However, the hosts Union managed to respond with a few goals and narrow the gap after that. T. Muller performed excellently in the match, achieving a "hat-trick" of assists, and also scoring a goal at the end of the match against the Berlin team.
Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund comfortably defeated Koln 2:0 at home. The scorers for the winners were Thorgan Hazard and Steffen Tigges, with it being Tigges' first goal in the Bundesliga.
On the other hand, Wolfsburg surprisingly defeated Bayer 2:0, who had started the season quite successfully. For the "Wolves", it was their first match in the Bundesliga after the dismissal of M. van Bommel.
