On Saturday, the first round matches of the "Bundesliga" championship were played.
Dortmund's "Borussia" secured a convincing victory at the start of the season, defeating the "Augsburg" team 5:1 at home.
However, it was the visitors who started the game more successfully, scoring the first goal in the first minute through Floriano Niederlechner's goal. "Borussia" equalized the score just a couple of minutes later, with Paco Alcacer scoring. These were the only two goals in the first half of the match.
The second half of the match belonged completely to BVB players. Jadon Sancho put his team ahead in the 51st minute, and Marco Reus scored in the 57th minute after a mistake by the opponents' goalkeeper. A few minutes later, P. Alcacer scored his second goal.
The crushing of the "Augsburg" team was completed in the 82nd minute by Julian Brandt, who was perfectly assisted by Axel Witsel.
