The head coach recently dismissed by Borussia Dortmund continues to struggle in the Bundesliga. On Friday, BVB suffered a 1:2 defeat against Union Berlin in an away match. All goals in the match were scored in the second half, with Union players taking the lead in the 57th minute with a goal from Taiwo Awoniyi. BVB equalized three minutes later, with a goal from 18-year-old Youssoufa Moukoko. The winning goal for Union came in the 78th minute, scored by Marvin Friedrich. Union is currently in fifth place in the standings, just behind BVB.
