C. Ancelotti praises the Premier League's initiative to shorten the summer transfer window

Munich's Bayern coach supports the initiative shown by Premier League clubs to advance the end of the summer transfer window and encourages Bundesliga to take the same step.

The English want players to be able to be bought only until the week when the season begins, at 5 p.m. on Thursdays starting from 2018.

This is done to avoid situations where footballers uncertain about their future are simply not included in team line-ups, do not play and spoil the atmosphere inside.

"I think it's a good idea. I hope this rule will also be implemented in the Bundesliga," Ancelotti said at a press conference.

"The football world is thinking about it. No one is happy about the long transfer window."

"The Premier League will be the first, but other federations will soon make the same decision."

Although the initiative to shorten the transfer window has a lot of support, for now, a final decision has not been made about it.
