Cesar Azpilicueta after 11 years left the London "Chelsea" club.
The player and the club mutually terminated the valid contract and went their separate ways. It is announced that the defender will join the ranks of Madrid's "Atletico."
The 33-year-old Spaniard emotionally said goodbye to the "Chelsea" club. In the video, he did not hold back tears.
London club executives Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali said: "Cesar leaves a significant legacy in the Chelsea club as a fighter, champion, and loyal legend. He set standards in the club for over a decade and day by day demonstrated what it takes to achieve success."
During 11 years, C. Azpilicueta won two "Premier" league titles with the "aristocrats" and one FA Cup, League Cup, and Champions League.
We are bidding an emotional farewell to a Chelsea great.
