One of the leaders of London's "Tottenham," Christian Eriksen, is not demonstrating the same level of play this season as the "Spurs" fans are used to.
In the Premier League, he has played 10 matches, scoring only one goal and providing the same number of assists.
Furthermore, the midfielder does not always make it into the starting lineup. It is speculated that this may be related to the fact that Eriksen's contract with "Tottenham" will expire after this season.
However, the player himself insists that the club continues to trust him unconditionally.
"I feel that 'Tottenham' still trusts me one hundred percent. To be honest, I don't feel a huge difference, except that I get slightly less playing time.
I don't think that my reduced role in the team is related to the contract situation," Eriksen said in an interview with the Danish media.
