London's "Chelsea" defender Cesc Fabregas revealed that the future opponent's manager in the FA Cup final, Jose Mourinho, left one of the deepest marks in his career.
Now the Portuguese in charge of "Manchester United" was the man who brought the Spaniard back to the Premier League when he left "Barcelona" for 27 million pounds in 2014.
Although Fabregas maintained warm relations with Mourinho, it will not help him predict the future opponents' tactics.
"No, especially in the last two years - we played many matches against them and he changed the system many times," said the "Chelsea" defender. "I'm sure he will change something again on Saturday."
"I love him. I always say that. I owe him a lot because I came here because of him, I will always remember that. In my first years here, Arsene (Wenger - ed. note) treated me like a son, but Jose was the closest of all to me. This is due to how he treated me, how he made me feel, how he allowed me to be the team leader from the first day."
"It was fantastic for all four years I spent at Chelsea; it will always stay with me. It's because of him. We have our own story - I played for Arsenal and his Chelsea and Barcelona teams, I played against him when he coached Real Madrid."
"We competed, but then we surrendered to each other and started good relationships. It's very nice, but I hope it won't be his day and Chelsea can win."
"I was happy in the ranks of Barcelona, but there were players who had been playing there for many years before me. Everything was different for me because I was an outsider and they paid money for me. It's harder because I never felt the love that others felt. Also, because they were fantastic players, don't misunderstand me. When he brought me here, I had a lot of fire inside. Honestly, the years (with him) were fantastic."
This season Fabregas still remains an important member of the "aristocrats" team and has played a total of 48 matches, scoring three goals and providing nine assists.
