C. Ronaldo: "I am not obsessed with personal awards"

Every year, Cristiano Ronaldo, who fights for all individual awards, claims that he is not obsessed with winning them.

This season, C. Ronaldo did not appear at any award ceremonies where he did not triumph. However, as the Portuguese himself claims, personal trophies come along with team victories.

"I am not obsessed with personal awards. The most important thing is to help the team win," Ronaldo told the newspaper "Record."

"All other things are a natural phenomenon. I feel the same with breaking records. I do not care about them, but they come with my constant improvement," continued the Portuguese.

Asked about Juventus' chances of winning the UEFA Champions League, C. Ronaldo was not inclined to make hasty conclusions.

"All teams have improved. Winning these trophies is becoming more and more difficult. I have to work even harder to maintain this level.

Winning these trophies is a wonderful thing. I will be happy if we do it, but it will not be the end of the world if it goes to another team," added C. Ronaldo.

This season, C. Ronaldo, who arrived at Juventus, has only scored once in the Champions League, but in the "Serie A" championship, the forward has already scored 14 goals.
