After winning the UEFA Champions League, Cristiano Ronaldo claims that even at the age of 32, he still feels like a "young boy."
Yesterday, Portugal scored two goals, and led by Ronaldo, Madrid's "Real" became the first club in the modern era to successfully defend the title of champions.
The Spanish champions crushed the players of Turin's "Juventus" with a score of 4-1. Furthermore, the leader of the "royal" club scored his 600th career goal yesterday.
"I have two or three days to rest, and then we have qualification matches for Portugal and the Confederations Cup," said Ronaldo as he accepted the award for the best player of the final from his former coach Sir Alex Ferguson.
"It's a long season, but I am motivated, I am happy, and my age is just a number. I feel like a young boy."
Asked about his critics and those moments when even "Real" fans booed him, Ronaldo replied: "It's not the time to talk about the fans, I've already spoken about that."
"The most important thing is that I did it again. Winning the double is a fantastic season for me and my teammates."
"I believe people don't have words to criticize me, because numbers don't lie. I don't need to talk about myself, because numbers don't lie."
"I am very happy, we won trophies, and of course, it's one of the best moments of my career. I say it every year, but it's true!"
