31-year-old Madrid "Real" star Cristiano Ronaldo stated that he does not intend to leave the Spanish capital team until his current contract ends.
Lately, the Portuguese national team striker has been receiving criticism not only from various football experts, but also from his own team's fans. This season, the Portuguese player has not been displaying very successful gameplay, but despite that, he has already managed to score 30 goals.
"I have been living in Spain for seven years, and I have also been in the 'Man Utd' club. In England, I gained a lot of experience, the championship was great, but for me, 'La Liga' is the best in the world," said C. Ronaldo.
"I want to be here for a few more years, and then we'll see. I have a contract with 'Real' and until its end, I want to give myself to the club," added the footballer, who participated in today's annual "Marca" football awards.
This season, C. Ronaldo played in all "La Liga" and UEFA Champions League matches.
