The famous Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo had promised his fans that he would invite a special guest to his podcast on the YouTube platform.
The striker was not lying and interviewed social media star MrBeast.
The man, whose real name is James Donaldson, has 331 million followers on the YouTube site alone.
"When you decided to launch your channel, I thought you would gather 20–30 million fans in the first month, but when I saw that the number reached 60 million, I thought, ‘Oh my God’. It was insane.
For example, it probably took me 13 years to gather 60 million followers. Still, can you beat me? No," said MrBeast.
"If you get into the rhythm, you can definitely upload content that flips the script. Fans would be interested to see your hot takes after the game or the emotions assessing the ten best goals of your career," the American advised, soon receiving reassurance from C. Ronaldo that the player does not plan to challenge the record of J. Donaldson, who posts crazy videos on the YouTube network.
"I'm not surprised that putting all my social media accounts together I have a billion fans," C. Ronaldo confessed.
The star conversation, which took place in English, already garnered 2.6 million views within a couple of hours.
