Despite agent Jorge Mendes claiming that Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo will end his career at the "royal" club, the Portuguese himself hinted that he really wants to play one season in the MLS championship.
The 30-year-old forward has recently been linked with a return to Manchester United and a move to Paris Saint-Germain, but Mendes said on Friday that Real is Ronaldo's last workplace.
"I am not approaching a move to any world league," Ronaldo told FHM magazine. "I am truly considering the possibility of playing in the USA for one season. I have always said that playing and living there is one of the options."
The captain of the Portuguese national team arrived at Real in 2009. At that time, a record amount of £80 million was paid for him.
