Esteban Cambiasso's agent in Madrid says that his client will play for Milan next season.
There have been talks in the press about the player moving to Inter, but at one point it seemed like negotiations had broken down. However, Cambiasso's representative Peppi Tirri insists that the Argentine player will sign a contract with Inter soon. Cambiasso can move to another club without a transfer fee because his contract with Real Madrid expires this summer.
"The agreement with Inter is there. There were no problems and the transfer will happen. We have a great relationship with Inter and their director Marco Branca. The signing of the contract was just delayed for strategic reasons." - said Tirri to an Italian news website.
Cambiasso joined the royal Spanish club when he was only sixteen. He played for "Independiente" and "River Plate" in his homeland for a long time, as he was on loan. Later, Esteban returned to Madrid, but he struggled to fight for a place in the starting lineup.
