Next week was supposed to have the last four return matches of the Champion's League quarterfinals. The fate of two matches was already clear on Thursday - quarantine was announced in Madrid's "Real" and Turin's "Juventus" clubs.
This week in the Europa League, two matches between Italian and Spanish teams did not take place. The rest of the matches went as planned, but the return matches will also have to be awaited.
Due to the return matches not being played next week, the draw ceremony for the quarterfinals of both tournaments has also been canceled.
The final fate of both tournaments and the 2020 UEFA European Championship should be clarified on Tuesday, when a video conference will be held by all football federations and associations.
