After the appeal submitted by "Stoke City," the disqualification for a red card that Geoff Cameron was supposed to receive in the match against "West Brom" was overturned.
The American was sent off the field with seven minutes left after pushing Claudio Yacob from behind.
Referee Lee Mason decided that this incident deserved a red card, and "West Brom" took advantage of it by scoring a late goal.
"Geoff Cameron's three-match suspension was overturned after the appeal was accepted, stating that the decision to give a red card was incorrect. Our commission decided that the referee made a clear mistake in sending off the player for alleged violent behavior," the FA statement said.
After this decision, Cameron will be able to step onto the field in Tuesday's League Cup match against "Liverpool."
