Madrid's "Real" coach Carlo Ancelotti has rejected all possibilities of returning to AC Milan this year, when he will be dismissed from the royal club.
The Italian revealed that he has health problems and will have to undergo surgery.
"I will repeat: I am taking a break in my career. I have a very serious reason - I need surgery due to stenosis of the cervical spine canal.
I already have problems with my hands, and if I wait, the disease will spread to my legs. Therefore, I must start treatment immediately," Ancelotti said.
"The surgery will be performed in Vancouver. A house is already prepared there, and my wife will support me psychologically in Canada.
The past two years in Madrid have been very difficult, believe me. No one can imagine how leading the "Real" team drains both physical and psychological strength," he added.
Ancelotti confirmed that when he returns to football, he will consider an offer from AC Milan.
