Although the Italian press trumpets that the "Napoli" team is still negotiating with coach Carlo Ancelotti, it seems that both sides only have to sort out formalities.
It is reported that the 58-year-old specialist has already started looking for a home in the city of Naples, where he intends to move in the coming weeks.
Ancelotti would replace Maurizio Sarri in the position of coach of the "Napoli" club, who intends to move to England.
"Football Italia" had reported that team president Aurelio De Laurentiis would like to put the final signatures on the contract on May 21.
Ancelotti has accumulated vast experience and in the past has led such European giants as Madrid's "Real", Munich's "Bayern" and Turin's "Juventus".
He was tempted to take the position of coach of the Italian national team, but rejected the offer.
