The team's president elections will be held and one of the candidates, Lluis Fernandez, hopes that he will be able to persuade the voters to support him. The businessman does not spare criticism for the current leader Josep Bartomeu. "He never had a plan of action. Josep relied on improvisation, which cannot be done with 'Barcelona'. We need to make changes and I'm thinking not only about Bartomeu. We have clear ideas on how to restore the team's former glory," Fernandez clarified. He intends to follow the example of Bayern Munich and not look for a club manager elsewhere. "We are thinking about the reserve team representative Garcia Pimienta. We can follow Bayern's example - no one knew about Hansi Flick, and he is an excellent coach. I believe that Pimienta can become the new Josep Guardiola."
