Due to the survival battle in the Premier League, the Cardiff City team has received reinforcement. The club announced that striker Oumar Niasse is arriving on loan from Everton. The 28-year-old Senegalese will play for the Welsh team until the end of the season.
"I am very happy to be in Cardiff City's ranks. I had heard about the team's coach from other players, but after meeting him today, I immediately understood that it was the right step. Other clubs were interested in my services, but I was convinced that this was the place where I wanted to be," Niasse officially told the club's television.
The striker arrived at Everton in 2016 from Moscow's Lokomotiv. This season, the Senegalese has not scored any goals in 5 matches in the Premier League.
