On Friday, the 14th round of the English Premier League kicked off.
In the stadium located in Wales, supported by local fans, Cardiff City hosted Wolves. Wolves started confidently but faltered in the second half - Cardiff fought back and secured a victory with a score of 2:1.
In the 18th minute, Matt Doherty put the visitors ahead with a set-piece. However, in the 65th minute, Aron Gunnarsson equalized, and 12 minutes later Junior Hoilett gifted Cardiff the victory with a stunning strike.
With their third win this season, Cardiff temporarily rose to 15th place in the table.
Meanwhile, Wolves suffered their fifth loss in the last six matches. Despite starting the season well, Wolves have only managed to secure one point in the mentioned game, but they still remain in the middle of the league table.
