Champions League: "Bayern" show in London and "Barcelona" tie with "Napoli"

On Tuesday, two intriguing Champions League quarter-final matches were played. The action unfolded at the stadiums in London and Naples.

The main battle took place at Stamford Bridge Stadium, where London's Chelsea hosted Bayern Munich. In the second half, the Bavarian "machine" took control and left no chance for the home team – a 3:0 victory.

In the first half, the teams were evenly matched without any goals, but it was just the calm before the storm.

At the start of the second half, Serge Gnabry began to shine, scoring twice after two precise passes from Robert Lewandowski and giving Bayern a two-goal lead.

The final blow came in the 76th minute from Robert Lewandowski himself, sending the ball into the net after an impressive run and pass from Alphonso Davies.

Chelsea was forced to finish the match with 10 men, as Marcos Alonso received a red card for a foul on R. Lewandowski. However, the Blues did not face further problems in defense.

In the other match, Barcelona faced Napoli with the support of their fans. The Italian side took an early lead with a stunning strike from Dries Mertens in the 30th minute, but Barcelona equalized in the 57th minute through a goal from Antoine Griezmann.

However, Barcelona will have to play the second leg without Sergio Busquets and Arturo Vidal. Vidal received two yellow cards in the 89th minute for a foul and unsporting behavior.
