On Monday at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon (Switzerland), the draw for the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals took place.

The draw paired together last season's finalists - "Real" and "Liverpool". These clubs have met in the knockout stages three times in the last 5 seasons, but all three times the "royal club" triumphed, with two of those times being in the final.

One of the most interesting ties will also be PSG against "Bayern". These teams faced each other in the 2020 final. On that occasion, the "Bavarians" were stronger with a 1-0 result.

Quarter-final ties:

"RB Leipzig" - "Manchester City"

"Club Brugge" - "Benfica"

"Liverpool" - Madrid's "Real"

"AC Milan" - "Tottenham"

"Eintracht" - "Napoli"

"Borussia" - "Chelsea"

"Inter" - "Porto"

PSG - "Bayern"

The knockout phase of the 2022-23 Champions League season will begin in February (14, 15, 21, and 22). The second leg matches will take place in March (7, 8, 14, and 15).

The final will be held on June 10 at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul.
