The "Milan" team won their first victory in the new UEFA Champions League season. In the E group match, the representative of "Serie A" defeated Zagreb's "Dinamo" club 3:1 in front of their own fans. The scorers for the winners were O. Giroud (45 min, from the penalty spot), A. Saelemaekers (47 min.), and T. Pobega (77 min.). The consolation goal for the visiting team was scored by M. Orsic in the 56th minute.
