There is another twist in the race for the title in the Bundesliga. Munich's "Bayern" team lost 1:3 at home to the "Leipzig" footballers.
The Bavarians scored first in this match. Serge Gnabry sent the ball into the visitors' net in the 25th minute.
However, "Leipzig" did not give up and changed the course of the match in the second half. In the 65th minute, Konrad Laimer equalized the score, and then Christopher Nkunku and Dominik Szoboszlai converted penalty kicks in the 76th and 86th minutes respectively.
For now, "Bayern" remains the leaders of the championship, but one point behind them is Dortmund's "Borussia", who can climb to the first place with a win in their reserve match.
