"Chelsea" actively scouts for M. Sarri's successor

London's "Chelsea" team started their summer vacation restlessly.

The "Blues" may lose their desired head coach, Maurizio Sarri, to Turin's "Juventus," who has been looking for a successor for some time.

The Italian would receive a higher salary in his homeland. Currently, the 60-year-old Italian earns 5.6 million euros per season, while "Juventus" offers him a salary of 7 million euros.

As reported by the website "Goal," former team player Frank Lampard is still leading the list of potential candidates.

According to the press, Steve Holland is named as a backup option, who could have become the team's interim coach if M. Sarri had been dismissed last summer.

Other contenders mentioned are Laurent Blanc, Javi Garcia, Nuno Espirito Santos, and Massimo Allegri.
