Having failed to acquire several desired players, "Chelsea" is turning their eyes to other targets. David Ornstein from "The Athletic" reports that the "aristocrats" are actively pursuing the acquisitions of Leicester City center-back Wesley Fofana and Inter wing-back Denzel Dumfries. Leicester City wants between 85 and 90 million euros for the young Frenchman, but "Chelsea" may offer players in exchange to lower the price.  Meanwhile, Inter still needs to attract funds in this transfer window, according to D. Ornstein. This summer, the London team has already failed to acquire Raphinha, Matthijs de Ligt, and Jules Kounde.
