London's "Chelsea" has started negotiations to acquire Napoli's striker Edinson Cavani.

The Daily Star reports that the UEFA Champions are desperately looking for a goal-scoring player to fill the gaps left by Didier Drogba and Salomon Kalou's departures.

Napoli is looking to receive around 35 million euros for their attacking leader, and according to media reports, this is a feasible sum for the Chelsea team.

Last season, E. Cavani scored 33 goals in 47 matches.
