London's "Chelsea" team has started negotiations with "Sevilla" regarding a potential Jules Kounde transfer, journalist Fabrizio Romano announces. According to the Italian, center back J. Kounde is the main contender to join the ranks of the London team. The 22-year-old Frenchman would not resist this transfer either, as he wants to stay in the Champions League. Earlier it was reported that "Tottenham" and "Sevilla" had reached an agreement on J. Kounde, where the Spanish club would have received additional money and Davinson Sanchez. However, the center-back stated that he does not want to join the "Tottenham" team, as he wants to remain in the Champions League. Last year, the Frenchman was also very interested in the "Manchester City" team, who ultimately chose Ruben Dias. J. Kounde has been representing the "Sevilla" team since 2019 and is considered one of the biggest talents in Europe in his position.
