London's team "Chelsea" is planning to further strengthen its ranks. Before the transfer window closes, the "Blues" have decided to reinforce their defense. COPE reports that the English team has offered a sum of 70 million euros for Sevilla defender Jules Kounde. The 22-year-old Frenchman has long been on the radar of European giants and is attracting special attention from the wealthy clubs of the Premier League. J. Kounde joined Sevilla from Bordeaux a couple of years ago, when they did not spare 25 million euros for him.
