"Derby County" team coach Frank Lampard has been linked with a move to London's "Chelsea" for some time now, but the legend of the "aristocrats" has started negotiations with his current club for a contract extension.
Last season, the Englishman successfully led the "Derby County" team and was just a step away from the club competing in the "Premier" league next season.
"Chelsea" is expected to part ways with head coach Maurizio Sarri in the near future, whose career will turn to the "Juventus" team, and the main candidate to replace the Italian is F. Lampard.
According to reports, the London club has not officially approached "Derby County" regarding their head coach yet, and the latter has already started negotiations with F. Lampard for a new contract, even though the current contract is valid until 2021.
However, it is reported that "Derby" does not intend to stand in the way of "Chelsea" and F. Lampard in negotiations, but hopes that the Englishman will decide to stay in his current team.
