The Daily Telegraph reports that the Dutchman himself has arrived in the English capital to finalize the last details of his contract with the Blues.
Antonio Conte is very keen to add another center-back to his team, and V. van Dijk is one of the highest-rated players on the market. However, Liverpool is not giving up entirely and in case of failure, Chelsea will try again.
The player himself had posted a video on his Instagram account showing that he is in London, but it was quickly deleted.
