Liam, the son of former legendary Stoke City defender Rory Delap, is on Chelsea's radar.

According to journalist Ben Jacobs, Chelsea is currently leading the race for the signature of this 22-year-old Englishman. These rumors may have some logic since the London club employs former Manchester City academy director Joe Shields.

This season in the Premier League, Delap has scored 9 goals and provided 2 assists.
