"Chelsea" lures coaches: will allow shopping for 130 million pounds sterling

Next season, London's "Chelsea" is determined to shake up the English football arenas again.

It is reported that the owner of the "Blues" club, Roman Abramovich, will give the new coach the opportunity to spend up to 130 million pounds sterling in the player market.

An additional 80 million pounds sterling will be added if the Madrid "Real" team manages to sell midfielder Eden Hazard.
